What is Life Skills?
When we learn why we do the things we do, we are able to focus on healing our wounds and changing our own behaviors. We will then begin to grow, mature, develop true character, and develop healthy relationships. Life Skills will give you the information and tools you need to reach your fullest potential in any area of your life, including personal relationships.
Life Skills affiliate programs are located throughout the United States. The headquarters of Life Skills International are located in Denver, Colorado.
Tell me about the curriculum
“Learning to Live, Learning to Love” is a faith and fact-based curriculum developed by Dr. Paul Hegstrom.
The curriculum was originally formulated to address people struggling with problems related to anger, domestic violence and abuse. Since its origins, it has proven to bring enrichment to all people, and to many relationships, whether or not anger and dysfunction are present.
