Bake Sale

Our youth are raising funds for a mission trip this summer to New York.  Please support them by buying the baked goods that you will see at the table in the lobby and by praying for them!  Thanks!

Summer Camp for Vineyard Kids 8 -11 years:

This camp will be led by Vineyard pastors from the Vineyards in the Houston area.  So the worship and teaching will be infused with our values and priorities.  Our children will be able to worship in a fun and energetic style while inviting the Holy Spirit to come.

Where: Camp Tejas, near Giddings, Texas; www.camptejas.org

Dates:   July 14-17 (we arrive on Sat around 10:30 AM and leave Tues.10:30AM)

Cost:    $265 (this may change slightly based on what the camp prices for 2012 are)

Ages:    8 – 11 years old (complete 2nd – 6th grade)

Staff:    We are required to provide our own counselors at a ratio of 7:1.  The counselor bunk with the kids and watch over them.  Counselors are able to go for free since their fee is included in the kids’ cost.  Each church is responsible to send the proper ratio of counselors with their kids. Youth Summer 2012 Mission Trip:

Going on a group trip is a great way to build unity and vision among your youth group, to see a radical change in their lives, and to see them making an impact in their church, families, and even the whole community! Your students will also gain excellent training and experience in sharing the gospel through communicating in dramas, through dance and using vacation Bible School. It’s easy for teens to get too busy over the summer, but this is a great way for them to keep diligent in their pursuit of the Lord, grow stronger as a whole, and to practically put their faith into action!
