Moms, Babies, Kids Workouts
Are you a stay at home mom who needs to get out, exercise, and talk to another adult; while still having fun with your kids? Join us on Friday mornings at 10am. If you have older kids bring their bikes and if you have a baby or toddler bring a stroller. We will jog along with the kids for 20 min then hang out at the park till 11am to visit and let the kids play. If you aren't up for jogging yet don't worry, that part is low key so walk, jog, walk, etc; whatever everyone is comfortable with. Or you can come at 10:30 for the playgroup and visiting time.
